- Wuff! Rather tight specs, hope you don't intend to have much in the way
- of a file area! :-)
-
- OK, I know that DLG will work fine for this as a one line system provided
- you have 512K FREE RAM before firing up the BBS -- may work with less,
- but could be dicey.

-
- DLG's a very stable package, IMO.
-
- >+ simple terminal emulation.
-
- Hm, you mean using the BBS to call out? No, not unless you use the BBS
- to fire off your favorite terminal program.

-
- But of course :-)

- This is available as a third-party utility. One of our support sites
- runs it.

-
- Hm, some sort of online database? Not part of the package, but again
- there are two or three third-party utils available that might do what you
- want.
-
- >+ Commercial advertising with lookup.
-
- I'm at a loss here as to exactly what you want.
-
- >+ remote maintenance and remote file transfer.
-
- Oh, absolutely. Almost anything you can configure from the sysop console
- can also be configured remotely.
-
- >+ write my own doors using arexx.
-
- yah, sure, although we don't have the AREXX interfact to the point where
- I want it, yet.
-
- A demo package for DLG 1.1 will be available soon, so when it hits the
- nets, DL it and give it a try. Good luck!
-
- PS: take a look at CNET, Excelsior, XenoLink, 4DBBS, BBBBS, and anything
- else you can get your hands on, too. BBBBS especially may suit your
- needs better.
